Position: Manager, Talent Attraction

The Manager, Talent Attraction, oversees all aspects of attracting top talent to Prospera. This includes leading, supporting, and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists and managing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates. In collaboration with the Director of Talent & People Experience, the manager contributes to the development and execution of the Talent Attraction strategy, focusing on employer branding, talent pipelining, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). The role also involves conducting full cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support, coach, and develop Talent Attraction team members.
  2. Collaborate with People Experience stakeholders to ensure a great hiring manager and candidate experience.
  3. Lead the full cycle recruitment process for professional and senior roles.
  4. Coordinate FTE management with senior leaders across Finance, People Experience, and Business Lines.
  5. Ensure team meets Service Level Agreements and KPIs, and contribute to quarterly reports on Talent Attraction performance and labor market insights.
  6. Manage relationships with vendors, recruitment agencies, and oversee related budgets.
  7. Implement talent focus initiatives including Employer Branding (EVP), Inclusive Hiring, and talent pipelining.
  8. Partner with hiring leaders to guide decision-making on selection criteria and process.
Qualifications:
  1. 5-8 years of full cycle recruitment experience, including senior and professional roles.
  2. 2+ years of leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
  3. Ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and foster collaboration.
  4. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance.
  5. Influence and coaching skills to support hiring managers on talent attraction initiatives.
