Position: Manager, Talent Attraction
The Manager, Talent Attraction, oversees all aspects of attracting top talent to Prospera. This includes leading, supporting, and coaching our Talent Attraction Specialists and managing the full cycle recruitment process to ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates. In collaboration with the Director of Talent & People Experience, the manager contributes to the development and execution of the Talent Attraction strategy, focusing on employer branding, talent pipelining, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). The role also involves conducting full cycle recruitment for senior and leadership roles.
