Duties and Responsibilities - What You Will Be Doing

1. Data Visualisation and reporting using Power BI Desktop.
2. Data Integration using Extract/Transform/Load processes from multiple data sources (SQL, SharePoint, Salesforce, Excel, etc).
3. Supporting with several well-structured Data Analysis Projects, including interpreting briefs, scoping projects, carrying out data collection, cleaning and categorising data, analysing data and generating insights, and visualising and presenting results and making recommendations.
4. IT Applications Support - business applications and systems include: PIMRa (PLM), WinMan (ERP), REST APIs, PixSell, Office 365, Active Directory and all systems integrations.
5. Data consolidation & Preparation for PLM implementation.
6. Ensure Jira ticketing system is kept up to date and staff receive timely updates on their requests.
7. Liaise with 3rd party developers on new & existing projects.
8. Set up and maintenance of client PCs, printers, and phone systems (3CX).
9. Updating documentation - methodologies, findings, and processes.

What We Need From You

1. Good knowledge of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
2. Knowledge of SQL Server to manipulate and analyse datasets.
3. Proficiency in Power BI - designing and managing dashboards.
4. Python experience would be desirable.
5. Strong computer skills including MS Office and Email (Advanced Excel skills are essential).
6. Hands-on IT support - full range of Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support from service provisioning to retirement, including appropriate escalation where necessary.
7. A passion for working with data, including high-quality and accurate work, and an ability to summarise key findings in simple terms.
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems (Windows 10/11).
9. Capability of working in a team and collaborating with and supporting colleagues.
10. The ability to change priorities quickly, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
11. The ability to work independently but also with colleagues.
12. A positive attitude and work ethic.
