Location: Aintree, Liverpool (must be willing to work at our head office for 3 days a week)

Job Description:

We are part of an established top 5 UK beauty company, providing affordable quality cosmetics for over 30 years. We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our Liverpool, Aintree office. The ideal candidate will be a team player, capable of managing their workload independently, and eager to contribute to our big launch plans for 2025. With digital channels playing a crucial role in our communication strategy, we need a self-starter who will embody our brand and help grow our online presence across owned, earned, and retailer channels.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the freedom to make your mark, involved in content creation, paid media management, email communications, retailer support, design, and reporting. We are a close-knit, ambitious, and fast-paced team looking for a commercially minded individual with fresh, creative ideas.

The role and responsibilities:
  1. Manage Collection Cosmetics' digital channels, including website updates, product uploads, and promotional activations.
  2. Create product descriptions, website banners, and online assets.
  3. Manage email platform to deliver timely communications, growing and converting our database.
  4. Collaborate with the social team to ensure alignment of NPD and communication activities across platforms.
  5. Work with agency partners to execute our paid media strategy.
  6. Plan, create, and deliver optimized video and written content to increase awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  7. Report monthly on digital performance metrics to optimize traffic, conversions, and search rankings.
Build and manage relationships with key retailer partners:
  1. Serve as the main contact for retailers and national account managers, ensuring timely asset delivery and requests.
  2. Coordinate with design teams for store POS and digital content, managing the POS calendar.
Creative content and campaign ideation:
  1. Collaborate with the team to brief, plan, and attend photoshoots.
  2. Contribute to brainstorms and generate innovative ideas for products, campaigns, and content, staying informed on industry launches, news, audience insights, and trends.
About you:
  1. Driven, hardworking, and able to manage your workload with support from the Marketing Manager.
  2. Strong written skills and proficiency in photo/video editing software (essential).
  3. Comprehensive understanding of paid media landscape (essential).
  4. Knowledge of email, website platforms, and SEO; experience with Mailchimp and Shopify is desirable.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (desirable).
