What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Mobile Engineer at Mitie, you'll be a key part of our technical services team, traveling between client sites to respond to maintenance and repair needs. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and fixing HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical faults, and conducting planned preventative maintenance to ensure buildings operate safely and efficiently.

Our clients span industries such as commercial, healthcare, retail, and education. Your day-to-day tasks may include routine inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns, and developing core skills in trades like carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, brickwork, external works, tiling, painting, and decorating.

You will be enrolled in a Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 qualification, typically completed in 18 months, supported by GLP Training, including 1-2-1 coaching, e-learning, and residential training sessions in Worcester every 3 months, with all expenses covered.
