Job Description:

As Director for People and Culture, this role, which might be your first executive appointment, presents a great opportunity to join Caredig, an innovative and successful organisation with a strong learning culture.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, you will be a senior leader and ambassador for Caredig, collaborating to deliver our mission, vision, and values.

You do not need experience in social housing but should be a leader in Organisational Development and Human Resources. A brilliant communicator, you will know how to bring people together and create a Happy and Healthy environment for staff. You will also have expertise in learning and development frameworks, supporting leaders, managers, and staff with the tools they need to excel.

Your skills in workforce planning will help ensure our most valuable resource—our people—can grow to meet the changing needs of the communities we serve.
