Role Responsibilities

1. Ensuring all Kitchen and Food and Beverage areas are maintained in line with food hygiene regulations.
2. Ensuring the cleanliness of all crockery and equipment.
3. Disposing of waste from catering areas to designated collection points.
4. Operating industrial dishwashers in all catering areas.
5. Making tea, coffee, and soft drinks.
6. Assisting chefs with food service.
7. Setting up and breaking down the players' dining room.
