We are looking for someone who can support customers with basic diagnostics and provide information as required. You will deliver timely and accurate technical assistance to field and workshop-based employees, using both remote and hands-on methods.
You will assist internal departments with estimates and quotations related to product repairs or maintenance, working within the Service department.
This job description is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to perform other duties that are reasonable and appropriate for the role.
39.5 hours per week, between 7am - 5pm on a 3-week rota (early, middle, late shifts). Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis, with specific dates and times to be confirmed upon appointment.
