What We’re Looking For
Are you an experienced HR professional who can combine wide-ranging HR knowledge with motivational people skills. We have an opportunity for the right person to help us:
- Provide effective and solution focused HR advice
- To steer and influence organisational change projects across the University
- Analyse and interpret organisational change data and business metrics to inform decision making
- Enhance our staff experience, through positive working relationships and to advocate service excellence
- You will have personal impact and professional credibility to act as a representative of the People and Organisation Effectiveness Division, and to help drive forward Institutional change projects.
- An appreciation of the HR issues related to the higher education sector would be desirable, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with an excellent track record of being a HR generalist in a large, complex organisation.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 18 months. The role is full time, however, we are happy to talk about flexible working and operate with a blend of presence on campus and working from home.
