Quality Engineer

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company, in their search for a Quality Engineer to work in their facility in Bangor.

Job Role:

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving product quality by conducting internal quality audits, investigating customer complaints, and collaborating with management to develop new product designs and quality training methods. You will provide technical expertise and lead root cause analysis for product and process issues, ensuring effective containment and corrective actions. Additionally, you will engage with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement, influence performance to achieve operational KPIs, and serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues and resolutions.

Hours of Work:

• 39 per week; Monday to Thursday 07:30 AM to 04:30 PM, Friday 07:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Duration:

• Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• High standard of communication, both written and verbal
• Engineering qualifications
