A leading law firm in Belfast is seeking an ambitious Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value litigation across sectors such as personal injury, clinical negligence, and industrial disease.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of insurance litigation matters, representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution.
Provide strategic legal advice to insurers, businesses, and private clients.
Draft and review pleadings, witness statements, and legal briefs with precision and attention to detail.
Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to develop case strategies and deliver successful outcomes.
Stay updated on insurance law and case developments, applying insights to active cases.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in Northern Ireland – Ambitious and driven – route to Partnership
Minimum 2 years PQE in insurance litigation, with experience handling a varied and complex caseload.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client management skills.
Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing legal team.
