Location: Bradford

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shifts

Pay Rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will uphold high standards of security and customer service, acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism and a proactive attitude. Main duties include:

• Providing first-class guest-focused service
• Team collaboration to meet guest needs
• Conducting regular patrols and being proactive
• Assisting visitors and managing incidents per policies
• Liaising with control room and supporting colleagues
• Monitoring human behavior and suspicious activity
• Logging incidents and managing access control
• Adhering to radio procedures
• Collaborating with environmental services for unified service
