Job Title: Advanced Chemist (Remote)

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance the quality of each model.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
• Related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in chemistry and reasoning skills (inductive/deductive, physical, temporal, spatial).

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI models for correctness and performance.
