Job Description:

The European OT Cybersecurity Delivery Senior Manager will apply knowledge of cybersecurity and industrial equipment to develop strategies that enable our clients to secure their OT networks, reduce cyber risks, and design OT cybersecurity monitoring solutions. Responsibilities include developing business and marketing materials, collaborating with market and sales teams to drive sales, supporting business development, and delivering client projects. The role involves conducting interviews, developing strategies, presenting findings, and traveling up to 50% to client sites for activities like workshops and security assessments.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Maritime industries
• 5+ years in business development, proposal creation, go-to-market strategies, and tracking growth
• Experience managing remote teams and communicating with executives and clients
• Knowledge of ICS and SCADA equipment including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
• Experience analyzing and improving ICS programs to meet industry standards
• Understanding of cybersecurity functions like risk management and vulnerability assessments
• Knowledge of security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and log management
• Ability to work with senior leaders to develop OT cybersecurity capabilities
• Skill in synthesizing technical content for business leaders and authoring related documentation
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP regulations
• Experience analyzing vulnerability and security risk assessment tools
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, network topologies, and intrusion detection
• Knowledge of automation or control systems programming software
• Possession of project management skills in finance, resource management, planning, and delivery
• Certifications such as GICSP, CSSA, or CISSP
