The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations are running effectively. They are part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• During peak times, hours may increase to support business needs.
