Responsibilities

The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives in-store by leading the team, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key duties include:

  • Managing Brow and Beauty Experts to motivate staff, delegate roles, meet sales targets, and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Achieving sales targets through delegation, customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  • Providing brow services such as waxing, tinting, and tweezing. Full training will be provided.
  • Conducting daily team meetings, ensuring effective communication, and motivating the team to achieve targets.
  • Organizing in-store and external events to promote the brand and new products.
  • Maintaining stock levels and reporting concerns promptly.
  • Ensuring open communication with store and area managers.
  • Managing administrative tasks and staff rotas.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter.
