Position

The purpose of this new role is to be the leader of the EMEA Media division. The Media division provides integrated ad-effectiveness and cross media solutions to Dynata clients alongside more traditional research survey solutions. The group combines Dynata panel survey data with cross screen measurement tools to provide a unified and holistic view of the consumer and the effectiveness of advertising on all platforms.


Reporting to the Managing Director, International, you will be responsible for setting our sales strategy and go-to-market plans and delivering financial and operational business results. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is passionate about growing a business and delighting customers in the process.

Responsibilities

  1. Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in Media strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  2. Directs Dynata’s position and approach to key customers and develops and expands relationships with the most influential contacts (C level executives) who focus on strategic business issues.
  3. Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, product delivery to the customer and other key financial performance objectives.
  4. Collaborates with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  5. Works with the product team to be the voice of the customer as we refine innovative new products to match customer needs and create new markets for existing products.
  6. Inspires, leads, and motivates a team of high performing sales and delivery professionals to ensure the vertical is exceeding both performance targets and customer expectations and that individuals are developing.
  7. Identifies, attracts, and retains top talent.
  8. Provides leadership to the sales organization’s management team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.

Skills and Attributes

  1. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s.
  2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C level executives and board members both internally and externally.
  3. Ability to inspire others to deliver excellence to the customer while meeting the performance objectives of the company.

Education and Experience

  1. 10+ of years leading sales and delivery teams to delight the customer and exceed expectations.
  2. Advanced Sales/Marketing skills and knowledge of the market research industry.
  3. Background selling to consultancies and financial services organizations is preferable.
  4. Experience leading large teams selling to Media customers.
  5. Experience developing and retaining high-performing teams.
