Studio Business Group (SBG) is looking for a Manager, Sales and Revenue Forecasting who will be responsible for delivering sales and revenue forecasts for 1st party games at any stage of their lifecycle – from early concepting to post-launch live operations. This is a newly formed role and team amalgamating responsibilities that until now have been performed by many parts of the organization into one end-to-end team covering all sales and revenue forecasting analysis. You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales and Revenue Forecasting and be responsible for delivering credible, robust, and up-to-date forecasts supporting investment decisions, project progress reviews, and short-term and long-term plans. You will collaborate with various teams ensuring that the right assumptions and inputs drive the forecast: strategy and portfolio, market and audience research, player testing, product management, studios, and marketing. This role will be at the center of many decision-making processes, and therefore we are looking for a candidate who has sound and solid gaming market understanding, solid judgment, and resilience under stakeholder pressures.
