  • City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification

  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence
  • Assist in menu development and work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Create a warm, efficient, and enjoyable environment
  • Work within budget, complete audits, and manage stock control
