As a Software Engineer (AI/ML), you will help build smart systems and components that leverage the latest open source artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to solve real-world challenges. Open development is central to our work, and we encourage our engineers to actively participate in open source communities.

Requirements

1. Excellent programming abilities with experience in relevant languages (Python, Rust, C++, and/or Go).
2. Experience with relevant libraries/tools (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Neo4j) and/or AI accelerators (GPU, TPU) is a plus.
3. Deep understanding of open source development processes (RFCs/proposals, GitHub pull requests) with demonstrable contributions to open source projects and communities.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
5. Some familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP), including monitoring tools like Grafana.
6. Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment where you will have a high impact.
7. Strong academic background with at least a Bachelor's degree in a technical field; postgraduate degrees and research experience are preferred.
