The role:

As a Driver and Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be committed to delivering an outstanding level of service. You’ll be professional, driven, and enthusiastic. The role reports into the branch management team and involves providing high-level service to internal and external customers, delivering products under tight deadlines, assisting in the warehouse, and occasionally serving customers at the branch trade counter and over the phone. You’ll promote our inclusive team environment and enjoy your work!

Note: This role requires a valid driving licence and previous driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain health and safety standards for yourself and your vehicle.
2. Ensure vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly.
3. Comply with transport laws and regulations.
4. Manage stock and deliveries efficiently.
5. Support sales targets and customer service excellence.
6. Assist with branch duties, including trade counter service and telesales.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the trade counter and warehouse.

You:

Possess a clean driving licence, with previous warehouse and driving experience preferred. Knowledge of industry products is advantageous. You thrive on providing excellent customer service and supporting your colleagues.
