Purchasing Administrator

Langley | Monday - Friday

£28,000 - £30,000

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Purchasing Admin to support the buying office. The successful candidate will be organised and structured whilst delivering KPIs on time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Management - ongoing maintenance of product SKUs, manage future price adjustments and gather and manage product information for internal and external use through use of Product Information Management (PIM) System.
  2. Supplier Management - build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth collaboration and effective procurement processes.
  3. Analysis and Reporting - compile and present monthly reports for senior management and board review.
  4. Documentation and Record Keeping - maintain accurate records of purchasing activities.

Experience & Skills Required

  1. A strong commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  2. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
