About the Role

1. Position: SEMH SEN TA / Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
2. Location: Schools across East London
3. Knowledge of SEN including MLD, SLD, ASD, PMLD, SEMH
4. Support roles: Class support, 1:1, small groups
5. Flexible working hours: Full-time / Part-time
6. Contract types: Daily supply, short-term, long-term
7. Working within SEN schools with small class sizes (8-10 pupils)

Candidate Requirements

1. Recent UK classroom experience (minimum 3 months)
2. Experience with SEN (SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, complex needs)
3. Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
4. Eligibility to work in the UK (valid visa)
5. Recent classroom references and valid DBS/police checks
