Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role within a London GP Surgery? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and stability!

Job Details:

• Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist
• Location: London
• Duration: 6-month contract (potential to extend)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £30 - £35 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist, supporting a GP surgery and making a direct impact on patient care and medicines optimisation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting medication reviews to improve patient treatment outcomes
• Providing prescribing support and guidance to GPs
• Managing repeat prescriptions, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Overseeing medicines reconciliation for new and discharged patients
• Supporting long-term condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
• Answering prescription queries and collaborating with healthcare teams
• Working onsite to deliver high-quality pharmacy support

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior GP experience (essential)
• Independent Prescribing qualification (preferable)
• Strong expertise in medicines optimisation and patient consultations
• Proficiency in GP pharmacy systems (EMIS & SystmOne)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
