Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver a range of spa treatments, ensuring a luxurious and personalised experience for each client
2. Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism across all locations
3. Adapt to various spa settings and teams, integrating smoothly to ensure seamless client care
4. Uphold spa and industry standards in hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols
5. Ensure client satisfaction by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification in spa, beauty, holistic or massage
2. Personality: Friendly, professional, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do approach to tasks
3. Attending Accepted Shifts & Time Keeping: Treatments and schedules are pre-planned to create a smooth flow between therapists. Attending booked shifts and being punctual ensures that the spa can maintain a seamless guest experience and a balanced workload for staff.
4. Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK
