Job Description: Director of Finance at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership. This pivotal role involves:

• Developing a best-in-class finance function by leading a high-performing, proactive team focused on continuous improvement, robust financial systems, accurate reporting, streamlined processes, and staff development.
• Providing excellent customer service to operational and clinical teams by translating financial information into meaningful insights, supporting financial sustainability, and working closely with HR and business intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
