Salary: £14 per hour


Type: Temporary - Part Time

Duties:


  • Greet and assist patients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, addressing patient needs and forwarding calls as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and waiting room.
