Security Systems Administrator (SaaS environments)

I’m exclusively supporting a fast-growing AI startup in an IT SaaS Engineer role within their cybersecurity team. The position focuses on managing a heavily MacOS-based environment and requires someone who is truly user-obsessed, passionate about automation, and experienced with SaaS applications. This role will help scale secure operations and reduce friction across the business. It is a hands-on, high-impact position that will initially focus 80% on IT operations and automation, transitioning into a more security-focused role.

The role supports company growth by delivering a seamless, user-first IT experience with a strong emphasis on automation over manual work. Ideal candidates will be driven to build solutions such as just-in-time privilege elevation and fully automated laptop onboarding using Python, helping to scale secure operations with minimal friction.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Managing Okta provisioning and access controls
2. Handling laptop ordering and assignment
3. Maintaining and improving Jamf systems
4. Supporting secure IT operations and fostering a culture of automation

Package:

• Base salary: Up to £70,000 + Equity
• Location: London-based candidates preferred (Remote-first organization)
