Graduate Building Surveyor

Are you an ambitious Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join the team, offering a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and development.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will gain hands-on experience across both professional services and project management, with a particular focus on residential and supported living refurbishment projects. We actively support career progression, including working towards chartership.


Looking For:
  1. At least 2 years' experience as a Building Surveyor
  2. Exposure to both professional services and project management
  3. Desire to become chartered (already signed on to APC or keen to start)
  4. Full driving license and own vehicle required
  5. Experience in residential/supported living refurbishment projects (desirable)
