Hayling Island Volunteers

Our Retail Shops support the Charity by providing a reliable source of income, thus enabling support to the community through the Rowans Hospice Services. We have an exciting opportunity in Hayling for Volunteers to join our expanding team. If you are enthusiastic about retail and would like to offer some time each week, then why not join our team of dedicated volunteers? You can gain valuable experience and make such a difference by contributing to an area which provides an important income stream to the Charity and make new friends.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Sorting of donations
  2. Taking payment
  3. Providing great customer service to a very high standard
Time Slots Available
  • Monday 13:00 – 16:30
  • Thursday 13:00 – 16:30
  • Friday 13:00 – 16:30
  • Saturday 10:00 – 13:00 & 13:00 – 16.30

Whatever time you are able to offer, we will work around you. Rowans Hospice is committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of all children and vulnerable adults needing our care and support. Subsequently, our recruitment process is thorough, ensuring a consistent and detailed approach to gather information from and about candidates so that all persons appointed are suitable to work with children and vulnerable adults.
