What we're looking for in you:
To perform this job successfully, you must have previous experience in leading and managing a team of diverse engineers in highly technical areas, ideally within the RF/Electronic product design engineering and manufacture.
Experience of working within a systems engineering mindset approach from a product development setting would be of interest, as would experience of working within defence product areas.
Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering or related fields, ideally within the Electronics arena.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be an advantage.
Experience of formal product development and delivery processes within Engineering manufacturing areas, such as NPI.
