Turnbull Infrastructure Utilities LTD is seeking a Senior SHEQ Advisor to manage SHEQ functions at Hinkley Point C. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with quality management standards, and driving SHEQ initiatives. Candidates should have relevant safety qualifications and experience in construction or nuclear environments.
This role is located at HPC, reporting into the Head of SHEQ. The Senior SHEQ Advisor (non–core) will be experienced and competent in managing a SHEQ function in a construction, utility, or nuclear environment, preferably at HPC. You will be comfortable building credibility to achieve buy–in for change and positively impacting an organisation's culture on SHEQ.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Quality management and assurance, combined with working knowledge of HS&E.
You will lead and support a team of Quality Engineers, providing coaching and mentoring across the SHEQ non–core function for Turnbull. You will drive awareness of SHEQ importance within the organisation, work with key stakeholders to maintain SHEQ performance as measured by client KPIs, and develop SHEQ procedures to exceed client expectations, meet legislative requirements, and align with company standards.
