Role Responsibilities
  1. Daily maintenance and monitoring of key systems
  2. Imaging and preconfiguring desktops and laptops
  3. Internal auditing, processing new equipment, and repairs
  4. Supporting the service desk team with technical support across various technologies
  5. Maintaining high customer service standards for support incidents and projects
  6. Updating and maintaining ticketing systems, documentation, and SLAs
Candidate Requirements
  • Good understanding of IT technologies and software configurations
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Flexibility to work out of hours as needed
  • Strong team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
