Senior Manager - Product Manager manages a large team that is focused on the delivery of nCino’s mortgages product in EMEA from design to release for clients. Develops, defines and executes product vision, strategy and works with design and engineering to release products contributing to customer outcomes. Manages delivery complexity across regions balancing customer needs, industry expectations, company goals and government regulation. Provides industry thought leadership on the future direction of mortgages and breaks it down into actionable roadmap for delivery. Manages the return of investment of delivery balancing budget and customer outcomes.

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is: £87,800.00 - £149,300.00
