Senior Manager - Product Manager

Senior Manager - Product Manager manages a large team that is focused on the delivery of nCino’s mortgages product in EMEA from design to release for clients. Develops, defines and executes product vision, strategy and works with design and engineering to release products contributing to customer outcomes. Manages delivery complexity across regions balancing customer needs, industry expectations, company goals and government regulation. Provides industry thought leadership on the future direction of mortgages and breaks it down into actionable roadmap for delivery. Manages the return of investment of delivery balancing budget and customer outcomes.

Essential Functions

Roadmap/Strategy:

• Actively create and receive input from team to define 18 to 24 month roadmap with ACV targets for what is to be worked on
• Creating vision and strategy to succeed
• The solutions and items on the roadmap should be derived and tied to corporate objectives
• Executes on business plans / operating policies that impact direct team

Skills:

• Mortgages domain; ability to speak knowledgably on nCino's products and how it solves business challenges for customers
• Helps to implement Product Management processes and contributes to the elevation of Product Management at nCino

Customer:

• Engaging with customers from C-suite to product and technology teams on mortgages
• Ability to speak on stage at user conferences and events and lead breakout sessions

Leadership:

• Embraces an active role in the professional and personal development of team members to ensure attraction and retention of high level talent

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of management experience or combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the mortgages industry in United Kingdom, Ireland and broader European regions in relation to both trends, processes and regulations
• Advanced understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
• Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites.

Desired

• Familiarity with Agile principles
• Experience with loan origination software/technology

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process, as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.

The base salary range for this job is: £87,800.00 - £149,300.00
