The Role

Working with the Legal 500 Tier-ranked IP team, you will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial and IP work including drafting and advising on franchise agreements, distribution and agency agreements, media contracts, sponsorship agreements, and intellectual property protection work.

You will work with innovative commercial clients in the UK and internationally, across various sectors, providing varied and stimulating work.

This role is suited to someone with a generalist commercial contracting and IP background comfortable in transactional work. Sector focuses include retail, sport, food and drink, and financial services. You will develop strong client networks and identify business development opportunities.

Collaborating with talented colleagues, you will develop market-leading expertise in Commercial IP and make significant career progress.
