Job Title: Sports Surface Maintenance Operative (multiple positions available)

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to 30,000 with overtime and bonus

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Technical Surfaces is a leading installer and maintenance provider of various sports surfaces in the UK.

With over 25 years of industry experience, their expertise has led to many top pitch installations across the country. They prioritize maintaining pitches from day one to maximize lifespan and uphold their reputation for quality.

The role:

We currently have several opportunities for motivated, hardworking candidates to join our expanding team. We seek practically minded individuals to perform our full range of maintenance tasks to the highest standards. Key attributes include planning, time management, and attention to detail.

Our operations cover the entire UK with contracts in England, working from various depots. The role may require overnight stays, averaging 7-10 weeks per year away from home.

The Candidate:

Experience in synthetic turf maintenance, greenkeeping, or landscaping/grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include operating ground maintenance vehicles, completing site reports, liaising with clients, driving company vehicles, and adhering to health and safety policies.
