We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Reward & Benefits Senior Specialist to join our People Team on a fixed-term basis.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering our reward and benefits strategies, ensuring they align with our people-centric approach and support our colleagues’ wellbeing and financial security.
The core role of our Reward & Governance team is to deliver a reward strategy that attracts, retains, and recognizes our colleagues. We’re currently working on several innovative projects to develop and future-proof reward at Skipton – so now is an exciting time to join our team and be part of something impactful!
