Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in blueprinting sessions to understand business requirements.
- Lead the technical solution delivery for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Perform Fit/Gap Analysis to identify technical solutions for gaps.
- Create detailed technical architecture and design documents for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
- Provide guidance to development and testing teams on the overall solution.
- Participate in estimation for system changes and enhancements.
- Review code and functional test cases.
Key Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
- High proficiency in technical and deployment architecture of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE configuration and customization.
- Understanding of solution architecture and design concepts.
- Experience with system integrations using Azure platform.
- Knowledge of functional modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of SSIS and system integration.
- Familiarity with Azure services like Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and DevOps tools.
- Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of user experience principles for CRM interfaces.
Experience Required
- Experience working in onsite-offshore models.
- Experience preparing knowledge base articles and SOPs.
- Exposure to IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
