Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, but if you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), we welcome your application.

We will schedule your shifts within the available windows, with 3 weeks' notice. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
