A vacancy exists within our SQE Department for a Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Apprentice on a 4-year Apprenticeship Programme. The role involves a formal apprenticeship within Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd, aiming for a long-term career, focusing on key areas such as Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, and Leadership. The role also ensures compliance with the company's Health & Safety, Environmental Policies, and Quality system.

Your Responsibilities:

• Undertake an apprenticeship as a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprentice (level 4) in business and administration.
• Participate in work-based training at Biggleswade, including coursework from a designated college or education provider.
• Assist with annual data collection and carbon emissions reporting.
• Handle reception duties when required.
• Perform daily administrative tasks within the SQE department.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand social and governance aspects.
• Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards in the workplace.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

On Completion, you will be able to:

• Develop initiatives aligned with Liebherr's Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability strategy.
• Contribute to the company's carbon reduction plans.
• Identify social and environmental risks and escalate as needed.
• Collect and analyze data for reporting requirements.
• Promote initiatives through communications.

Your Profile:

• 4 GCSEs or equivalent at 'A-C' grade or 9-4 in English and Mathematics.
• Passion for environmental and social change, industry, and personal development.
• Good IT skills.
• Articulate with confident communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented and flexible in approach.
