Finance Process Business Analyst

Our client, a leading insurance company based in London, is seeking a talented and driven Permanent Finance Process Business Analyst to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a strong background in Finance Business Analysis, particularly focusing on finance process improvement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing financial processes and driving efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on Accounting/Finance change and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in documenting requirements and relevant business processes
• Working knowledge of financial systems and software
