Are you a seasoned electrical professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for high standards?

We're seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our client's dynamic facilities team.

In this key role, you will collaborate with the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor to ensure operational excellence across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities include quoting, scheduling, ensuring compliance, and leading your team to operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing quotes and estimates for reactive maintenance jobs with accuracy
• Scheduling and allocating resources effectively
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and statutory standards (with QS support)
• Building trust with clients through clear communication
• Leading and developing your team through training and troubleshooting

What You Bring:

• Electrical qualifications (HND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• Experience managing electrical maintenance in a fast-paced, multi-site or FM environment
• Strong knowledge of compliance, safety, and certification processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
