Leading manufacturing company is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive on a permanent full-time basis to support their internal Sales Team. The company prides itself on innovative product design, manufacturing excellence, and high-quality customer service.

Working Pattern

Hours are from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility is available, including hybrid working arrangements when required and agreed.

Your New Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will support the internal sales and office teams by receiving and processing customer orders.

  • Supporting the commercial team by providing excellent customer service
  • Providing customers with requested documentation
  • Updating the system with customer information
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Raising customer orders and sending acknowledgments
  • Handling customer trials and samples
  • Addressing customer complaints and consulting with the commercial team
  • Monitoring open complaints and ensuring timely resolution
  • Attending weekly NCR meetings
  • Scheduling regular customer service review meetings
  • Resolving customer finance queries by liaising with the Finance team and attending credit control meetings
  • Participating in training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements

Successful candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly tone, and a strong team ethic. Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and possess good technical and IT skills, especially with databases and spreadsheets, are essential. Attention to detail is also important.
