The Role

We are hiring analytical/technical generalists to manage projects, build, and deploy Kernel AI Agents across our customer base. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional: a skilled data analyst, a product-minded thinker, highly curious about AI, a problem solver, and hands-on. This is a practical, execution-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relationships to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and define delivery paths.
• Create Kernel agents using our tools to identify, create, estimate, or retrieve relevant data.
• Analyze agent performance post-deployment and optimize for specific use cases.
• Collaborate with GTM/CS teams to support deal closures from start to finish.
• Develop team-wide tooling to scale your creative solutions across customers.
• Possess the right to work in the UK; ideally, easily accessible to our London office.
• Bring 3-7 years of experience, with a track record of delivering important projects, ownership, and dedication.
• Be tech-savvy and curious, with interest in building tools and increasing technical skills.
