Role: Rockwater Shacks Team Member

We are looking for a proactive, cheerful team player passionate about hospitality. Your focus will be on exceeding customer expectations and delivering the best experience, adhering to Rockwater's service standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of the shack menu and offerings.
• Ensure takeaway drinks, cocktails, and wines are presented according to Rockwater standards.
• Follow correct allergy procedures at all times.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Minimize wastage and record it properly.
• Adhere to licensing laws and legal requirements.
• Use the POS system correctly for orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and correct charging.
• Understand F&B systems within Rockwater.
• Follow opening and closing checklists.
• Deliver the "Rockwater Experience" by following Waves of Service standards.
• Comply with Health & Safety Act 1974 and food hygiene regulations.
• Upsell to maximize sales opportunities where appropriate.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
