Our Orkney team is dedicated to empowering autistic people to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives since 2013. Currently supporting 8 autistic people in Kirkwall, we support people to engage in the activities they love and to be a valued part of the community.

As an Autism Practitioner, you’ll:

  1. Build meaningful relationships and create personalised support plans
  2. Encourage independence and community involvement
  3. Support activities like swimming, scenic walks, social outings & more
  4. Work across Housing Support & Outreach services in a varied and fulfilling role
