Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a fast-paced, well-established award-winning real estate business. You will be exposed to a variety of interesting and exciting projects whilst having full support to progress your career!

Based in our Manchester or Warrington office with frequent visits to site, you will project manage high profile workspace fit outs and refurbishments with values ranging from £50k - £20m, general commercial building surveys, and preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations!

Technical Requirements

1. A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
2. Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.
3. Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.
4. Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.
5. Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
