An established industry player is seeking a dedicated individual for a vital role in food preparation and service within schools and community facilities. This part-time position requires flexibility, with working hours from 11 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday during term time. The successful candidate will ensure quality service delivery while transporting meals to various locations. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food service and community engagement, offering a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of children and adults alike.
Undertake the preparation, cooking, and service of food and beverages within primary and secondary schools and community facilities.
This role may require flexible and weekend working.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This vacancy is working 11 am till 2 pm, Monday to Friday during term time. The successful applicant must be able to drive and have use of a car. You will be required to collect meals from Stonehaven, transport, and serve the meals at Genvervie School.
Mileage will be paid.
Aberdeenshire Council currently applies a Living Wage Supplement to all Council employees earning less than £12.60 per hour.
