Job Title: EHS Project Facilitator

Location: North Charleston, SC / Russellville, AL / Glenwood, AR / PIEDMONT, MO / Shreveport, LA / Ennis, TX / Peachtree City, GA / Wilmington, CA / Fremont, CA / Portland, OR / JONESBURG, MO / NORWOOD, MA / Oxford, NC / Milan, OH / SHAKOPEE, MN / Albion, NY 14411

Duration: 3+ Months (Extension)

Description:

  • The EHS Project Facilitator will take existing risk assessments and transfer them into our internal forms platform.
  • While doing that, they will review the data prior to entry to ensure it's current (no more than 3 years old). If the risk assessment is outdated or there are concerns with the data, they will work to create an updated risk assessment.
  • They will also help create any missing assessments identified by the site EHS Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles, with proven ability to perform detailed risk assessments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current safety standards and regulations relevant to risk assessments.
  • Physical ability to:
  • Safely navigate uneven terrain.
  • Use stairs and ladders safely.
  • Perform extensive walking or standing as required.
  • Work in environments that may be hot, cold, or dusty.
  • Sit for prolonged periods when necessary.
  • Proficiency in using computers and tablets for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management and production employees.
  • Ability to wear and work in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to N95 respirators, PAPRs, safety shoes, safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, and bump caps or hard hats.
