If you love helping customers, have patience to listen and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, then this role in bringing brilliant broadband and digital happiness to our customers could be perfect for you.

Role Details

This is a sales-focused role aimed at retaining customers (e.g., when their contracts expire) and increasing revenue through upgrades, re-contracting, and cross-selling.

You will learn about our broadband products and services, then assist customers in recontracting and upgrading their services and equipment. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer operations teams will be key to improving customer retention. Training will be provided on using our database to track customer orders and satisfaction. The role involves a mix of inbound and outbound calls.

Note: This is an office-based role. To contact some customers outside regular hours, there is one late shift from 11 am to 7:30 pm per week and one Saturday in four, with time off in lieu the following week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £38,000. Commission is uncapped, and many team members exceed this.
