We are representing an executive search business that are leading experts in uncovering high calibre talent across management, strategy, and consulting.

The differentiators here are that they are hugely collaborative and extremely team-focused, to the point where bonuses are paid across the team rather than purely on individual contributions as most agencies do.

Open to sector-specific backgrounds. This is about your track record as a person and your fit within this type of organisation.

Who we would like to hear from...

• Executive search consultants or exceptional quality contingent background seeking a step up in their career.
• Perhaps somebody who's had a successful search career to date but is looking for something different that fosters a true team mentality where everybody strives to contribute and support all project activities within the business.
• As a successful executive search consultant, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like. We need a strong track record of making successful relationships, networking, and the confidence to win business and build strong relationships.
• Characters we are looking to talk with will have a team outlook, solutions-focused, and a highly proactive mindset. Self-awareness, drive, resilience, and high emotional intelligence will be innate to your mindset.

Salary base is genuinely open to discussion up to £70k and incentivised with bonuses, considering this is quite a unique environment to come into.
